Dinking process is to recycle waste paper, paper board for removing contaminates and unwanted fibers in paper, paper board. In this way to produce fine pulp which is suitable for making paper products.
Aim of Dinking Pulp Processing Line
1. The deinking process is designed to purify the pulp from unwanted material.
2. In the first step the ink has to be detached from the fibres.
3. For effective and complete removal the ink particles have to be in a suitable size distribution.
4. Detergent like chemical additives support both parts of the deinking process-the detachment from the fibres and the removal from the fibre suspension.
