Xinjiang Corrugated Base Paper Production Line

Xinjiang customer is loyal partners of Leizhan for many years. Since 2010, it has cooperated with Leizhan. The full set of pulping equipment for 1575mm, 1880mm and 3200mm corrugated base paper machines are provided by Leizhan.

In 2017, a new corrugated base paper production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons, cooperated with Leizhan again, and purchased a full set of pulping equipment including Drum Pulper, Chain Conveyor, D Type Hydrapulper, Reject Separator, Light Impurity Separator, Middle Consistency Pressure Screen, Inflow Pressure Screen, High Density Cleaner, Low Density Cleaner, Agitator, etc.

With the increase in production capacity, new equipment such as Bale Breaker, Chain Conveyor, and Inflow Pressure Screen will be added in 2019.

The equipment delivered this time included a batch of Bale Breaker, Chain Conveyor and matching accessories.
