Tissue Paper Roll Making Plant
Leizhan full tissue paper roll making plant can meet all paper makers’ requirements, use waste white paper, white shavings and wood pulp,etc as raw material, to produce all kinds of household paper. For example, toilet paper roll with tube, tissue paper roll without tube, soft bag facial tissue, box type facial tissue, kitchen towel paper and napkin paper and so on.
The whole tissue paper roll making line including two parts: pulp processing line and paper making machine.
Tissue Paper Roll Pulp Production Line
1. Chain Conveyor is used to convey raw material into the D Type Hydrapulper for pulping.
2. D Type Hydrapulper can effectively breaking and pulping waste paper. High Consistency Hydrapulper mainly used for separating waste paper and ink under high consistency in waste paper deinking process.
3. High Density Cleaner mainly applied to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, like steples, stones, glasses, etc. Low Density Cleaner mainly used for removing heavy impurities in the pulp like gravel, scrap iron, dust and large ink particles.
4. M.C. Pressure Screen mainly used for coarse and fine screening of various waste paper pulp. Fiber Separator mainly used for secondary breaking and screening of waste paper pulp. Auto-cleaning Vibrating Screen used for screening and removing light impurities in pulp suspension.
5. Double Disc Refiner used for beating and improve the beating degree of pulp to satisfy the paper making demand.
